Our story
Zeta Phi – Larkin University
Founded on April 7, 2018, Zeta Phi holds the honor of being the first fraternity established at Larkin University. Since our founding, we have built a strong foundation rooted in brotherhood, leadership, and service.
Today, we are proud to have 17 active Brothers and 51 graduate Brothers, forming a network that continues to grow beyond the walls of Larkin. As our chapter expands, our core values and dedication to fostering lasting professional and personal connections remain at the heart of who we are.

Our values
Kappa Psi is built upon the pillars of Industry, Sobriety, Fellowship, and High Ideals. At Kappa Psi Zeta Phi, these values are more than tradition—they shape the way we lead, serve, and connect. They guide how we approach professional development, community engagement, and even our social media presence, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in everything we do.
